With the LTG Fitness Training Program you will experience the proper tools needed to perform any workout at the highest of your abilities. With the help of Coach AO  you will learn the correct technique, movements and stretching that will help improve the way you look and feel. This style of training is designed to keep you healthier and stronger. Throughout your training we will identify any improper movements and impaired muscles. This will help prevent injury in the future.

Through daily fitness assessments you will be able to see your development through out our training. This will allow us to keep track of your nutrition intake using your new "LTG Meal Guide". We also monitor your improvement of muscle flexibility, developed strength, and adequate breathing technique. You will also notice improvements in posture with everyday movements.
